| Over the years, I have specialized in U.S. patterns, in particular, many of the finest known (and second finest) R7 and R8 patterns, as well as many other high-grade patterns. I have over twenty-five years experience with patterns, have handled many unique patterns. I am actively researching die and metallic varieties of 1854 and 1855 large Flying Eagle pattern cents and have decided to turn my efforts exclusively to this research. I am still available to assist collectors regarding patterns, but will no longer carry an inventory. I am a PCGS and an NGC authorized dealer. I am a life member of the American Numismatic Association and a member of Florida United Numismatists and the American Numismatic Society. I can submit any of your uncertified coins to be graded and authenticated by NGC or PCGS. In many cases, certification will dramatically increase your coins' value and liquidity within the marketplace. For these services, I charge no fees other than the shipping costs and the charges set by the certification firms.
